I’ve worked with Bannisters Hotels over the past few years on a mix of creative projects—from photographing their hero brand shots to filming a short video series with Chef Rick Stein. A few of those images even made their way onto the pages of Vogue (always a bit of a pinch-me moment).
I approach every shoot looking to capture the experience of staying at their boutique oceanside hotels—the laidback coastal charm, understated luxury, and that sense of pure escapism Bannisters does so well.

Video Series ~ Cooking with Rick Stein
A short series I worked on with Bannisters Hotels featuring Head Chef Mitch Turner and Chef Rick Stein. We filmed them cooking several signature dishes and exploring the local co-op at Port Stephens—bringing together a fun, food-filled story series for social media.
